1. Eligibility

  • Personal UseThe Platform is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Platform on behalf of a third party or in connection with any commercial arrangement, syndicate, or professional gambling operation without the prior written consent of 227bd.
  • Accurate InformationYou must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and at all times during the operation of your account. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.

2. Account Registration and Security

You may only hold one account with 227bd. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

  • RegistrationTo open a 227bd account you must complete the registration form with your real name, date of birth, registered mobile phone number, and any other information required during the process. 227bd reserves the right to require additional verification documents (national ID, passport, or other government-issued identity document) at any point, including before processing a withdrawal.
  • KYC Verification227bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill as proof of identity and address. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed.
  • Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (phone number and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. 227bd will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or phone call. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified 227bd of a security breach immediately upon becoming aware of it.
  • Account Suspension227bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where there is a suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete KYC verification, or where required by law. In the event of account closure, any balance remaining after deduction of bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements will ordinarily be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 227bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 227bd does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. All deposits and withdrawal requests must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.

  • Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. 227bd does not charge a transaction fee on deposits. The amount credited to your 227bd account will equal the amount you transferred from your mobile banking wallet, subject to any applicable welcome bonus or promotional credit adjustment.
  • Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 60 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, and to the same registered mobile number. 227bd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal regardless of the amount.
  • Third-Party PaymentsDeposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to a payment account registered in the name of the 227bd account holder. Payments from or to third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to friends, family members, or any other person — are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of your 227bd account and forfeiture of your balance.
  • Currency and ExchangeAll account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and promotional credits are denominated in BDT. 227bd does not perform currency conversion. If you attempt to deposit using a payment method that processes in a currency other than BDT, the transaction may be declined or converted at the payment provider's rate, and 227bd accepts no liability for any loss arising from currency conversion.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

227bd offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus rules are set out below and apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

  • Wagering RequirementsAll bonuses issued by 227bd are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or winnings derived from a bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
  • Bonus EligibilityBonuses are only available to players who have not previously claimed the same offer. Welcome bonuses are available to new players opening their first account only. 227bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or determine that a player is ineligible for a bonus at its reasonable discretion. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.
  • Abuse and FraudAny player found to be abusing the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, or using software tools to gain an unfair advantage — will have their account suspended, all bonus funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities. 227bd takes bonus fraud seriously and investigates all suspected cases.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using 227bd. Any breach of this section may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and legal action where appropriate.

  • Fraud and Money LaunderingYou must not use 227bd for any fraudulent purpose, including (without limitation) money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or circumventing financial regulations. 227bd will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in connection with any investigation into suspected financial crime involving the Platform.
  • Automated SoftwareYou must not use any automated software, bot, script, spider, scraper, or similar tool to access the Platform, gather data, place bets, or interact with any game or service offered by 227bd. Use of such tools constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
  • CollusionYou must not collude with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet offered on 227bd, including (without limitation) sharing cards in live dealer games, coordinating bets in multiplayer games, or any other form of cooperation designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
  • Prohibited JurisdictionsYou must not access or use 227bd if doing so would be unlawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 227bd makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for any breach of local law arising from your use of the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability and Changes to These Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 227bd's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you into your 227bd account during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. This limitation applies to all forms of loss, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, and any indirect or consequential loss.

227bd does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond 227bd's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or widespread internet disruptions). 227bd accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability, game interruptions, or technical errors in any game or service, provided that 227bd will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly and fairly credit any player affected by a verifiable technical error.

227bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, including any game, service, promotion, or payment method, at any time and without prior notice. 227bd also reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication at https://227bd.vip/terms-conditions. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Platform. Continued use after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
